How Do I Place an Order?
How to place order
Add Items to Your Cart & Checkout
To add items to your cart, simply choose the quantity required and click 'Add to Cart'.
Once you're ready to finalise your order, click on the 'View Cart' trolley icon and click 'Checkout'.
Feel free to add in any notes and one of our team will review this in the next step.
One of Our Friendly Orders Team Will Be in Touch
Once you've submitted your order, one of our friendly team will be in touch within 1-2 Business Days to check stock, confirm quantities and delivery/pick-up options and take payment.

We'll Contact You to Arrange Delivery
Following confirmation of payment, one of our delivery coordinators will be in contact to confirm delivery or arrange pick-up from our warehouse.

Delivery Options & Timeframes
Gold Coast & Brisbane
We charge a flat delivery fee of $50.00 (inc GST) for delivery to the Gold Coast and Brisbane area. We'll arrange next business day delivery (where possible) following payment of your items.
Delivery Outside Gold Coast & Brisbane
Located outside of the Gold Coast and Brisbane Area?
No problem - upon order confirmation, we'll provide you with a quote for delivery based on your location so you can be aware of any extra costs before proceeding*.
*Please note some items are unfortunately not available at this time for delivery outside of metro Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Click & Collect
We offer free pick-up from our warehouse. Just mention this to our orders team and they'll make sure your order is ready to go.

Returns & Refunds
Our Refund &
At Harvey Norman Commercial Queensland we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We therefore recommend you read our Refund and Return policy below prior to making a purchase.
We also advise you to immediately inspect any goods that we deliver or that you collect from our warehouse to ensure the goods are of acceptable quality and match the description we have provided.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds will not be provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully review items before adding them to your shopping cart and making payment for your order.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible via the 'Contact Us' tab above or by clicking here.
Your request will be reviewed by one of our team who will make contact with you to replace the goods (wherever possible). Please note all damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Refunds and Returns
Please be advised that all sales are final and refunds will not be granted except in instances where items are faulty or do not match the sample or description as per the guidelines outlined under Australian Consumer Law.
