Stapylton Commercial Pty Ltd as Trustee for Stapylton Commercial No. 2 Trust, trading as Harvey Norman Commercial QLD (“we”, “our”, “us”), owns and operates this website unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Area

We provide delivery services only within South East Queensland. Orders with a delivery address outside this serviceable area will not be fulfilled. If an order is processed with an address outside the serviceable area it will be cancelled and the purchase price will be refunded in full. We will notify you of the cancellation using the contact details provided with the order. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is within our serviceable area before placing an order. We may update or change our delivery zones at any time without prior notice..

Prices, Products and Services

We offer goods and services exclusively from our location at 101 Burnside Road, Stapylton, Queensland, Australia, and deliver only within South East Queensland. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside this region will be cancelled and refunded in full, with refunds processed within 10 business days of cancellation. Customers will be notified via their provided contact details.

Prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and apply only to goods offered by us. Images of goods without an advertised price are not offered for sale. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from actual items.

Goods are offered for sale until a specified date or until sold, whichever occurs first, at no greater than the price specified on this website (“Offer Price”). Availability for immediate delivery is not guaranteed; indicative delivery dates will be provided upon request.

Each published saving is based on either the manufacturer’s recommended retail price or our normal selling price. Prices and availability may differ from those offered by other franchisees or subsidiaries of HNH. We do not guarantee that any item listed will be available from other franchisees or at the Offer Price.

If we sell out or are temporarily out of stock during the offer period, we will offer a raincheck to customers who request supply during that time. This entitles the customer to purchase the same product later at the Offer Price, or an alternative product with similar features and equivalent or higher value, at a price not exceeding the Offer Price.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints. No sales are made directly through this website; all transactions are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us.

International visitors should not rely on the information contained in this website, as our services are limited to South East Queensland.

Returns, Refunds and Repairs

We may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion, provided that the product is returned in its original, unopened condition and proof of purchase is supplied. Any change-of-mind returns that we accept may be subject to restocking fees. Refunds for cancelled or rejected orders will be processed within ten business days from the date of cancellation. Where manufacturer warranties are offered, these are in addition to your rights under the ACL, not instead of them.
