Return Policy
At Harvey Norman Commercial Queensland we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We therefore recommend you read our Refund and Return policy below prior to making a purchase.
We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver or that you collect from our warehouse to ensure the goods are of acceptable quality and match the description we have provided.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds will not be provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere.
We recommend you carefully review items before adding them to your shopping cart and making payment for your order.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible via the 'Contact Us' tab above or by clicking here.
Your request will be reviewed by one of our team who will make contact with you to replace the goods (wherever possible). Please note all damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Refunds and Returns
Please be advised that all sales are final and refunds will not be granted except in instances where items are faulty or do not match the sample or description as per the guidelines outlined under Australian Consumer Law.
